
Karachi: Abdullah Sarfaraz, the son of Sarfaraz Ahmed, recalled winning performances by the national team in Champions Trophy 2017.
Sarfaraz shared a video on Twitter with Abdullah reminiscing one of the historic days in Pakistan’s cricket. He recognized the match performers including Fakhar Zaman (114) – the century-scorer, Mohammad Hafeez (57) and Azhar Ali (59) – the half-century makers, Imad Wasim (25) and Babar Azam (46) – who raced the score, Shadab Khan (2-60) – whose confident review made headlines, Mohammad Amir (3-16), Hasan Ali (3-19) and Junaid Khan (1-20)- wicket-takers.

It must be noted here that on this day in 2017, Pakistan beat India by 180 runs to win first-ever Champions Trophy title. The win broke losing streak against the arch-rivals and took the world by storm.
