Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed Babar Azam as Pakistan Test captain. He will now lead the national team across all three formats.
The 26-year-old replaces Azhar Ali, who last captained Pakistan against England this summer. Babar’s first assignment will be to captain Pakistan in two Tests against New Zealand next month.
