Karachi: South Africa’s Wayne Parnell joined Karachi Kings’ squad for PSL 5 playoffs in place of Mitchell McClenaghan. 

McCleneghan will not be able to travel to Pakistan due to COVID-19 protocols in New Zealand.

On the other hand, player-cum-coach Darren Sammy has also opted out of PSL 5 playoffs due to flight issues. Sohaib Maqsood, who was already with Peshawar Zalmi’s squad, has replaced their former skipper.
